Independent Classes
Preschool Gymnastics: (Ages 3-5 years)
Preschool Gymnastics is designed for children who are in preschool or have not yet started Kindergarten. In this class, caregivers observe class from a distance, giving children the space to practice independence and strengthen their social skills. Students learn fundamental gymnastics skills as well as the importance of goal-setting and teamwork.
This class aims to introduce gymnastics basics, foster autonomy and self-confidence, emphasize direction following, turn taking, and problem solving, and nurture both physical and social-emotional development.​

Beginner Gymnastics: (Ages 5 years+)
Beginner Gymnastics is designed for children who have no prior gymnastics experience or are still at the beginner level. Students learn and build upon fundamental skills, adding to their repertoire of physical capabilities and channeling their boundless energy in a fun and safe setting.
Age-appropriate games and challenges promote balance, agility, coordination, and concentration. Additionally, students practice taking calculated risks, setting personal goals, and celebrating individual and peer progress.
This class aims to introduce gymnastics basics, encourage evaluation of personal progress, boost physical fitness, and equip students to move up to the Intermediate Gymnastics class.

Intermediate Gymnastics: (Ages 5 years+)
Intermediate Gymnastics is designed for children who have prior gymnastics experience. Students who are able to perform the listed prerequisite skills may participate in Intermediate Gymnastics.
Students are introduced to new skills from USAG level 1 & 2 and work on honing fundamental skills. Students practice taking calculated risks, setting personal goals, and celebrating individual and peer progress.
This class aims to boost physical fitness, encourage evaluation of personal progress, and equip students to move up to the Intermediate Gymnastics class.
Prerequisites:
-Forward roll to standing
-Kick to handstand against wall
-Bridge with head off floor

Tween Gymnastics: (Ages 7 years+)
Tween Gymnastics is a mixed-level class designed for preteens (at a beginner, intermediate, or advanced level) to practice gymnastics alongside other tweens in a more focused class environment. Students learn gymnastics skills from USAG level 0, 1, and 2, and focus on mastering the basics and/or leveling up their skills.
Class curriculum encourages taking calculated risks, setting personal goals, and celebrating individual and peer progress. This class aims to strengthen and add to students' repertoire of skills, foster goal-setting and self-confidence, and provide a focused and supportive environment for preteen gymnastics of all levels.
